We got to pick out a musical from a list, and I instantly really wanted to do Peter Pan as it’s a play a grew up with. Our task was to create 3 posters advertising the play we chose. I really wanted to make animated like posters aimed more at children and families with younger kids yet make one that can be catered for every age group.
Our task was also to create a minimum of 40 thumbnails. I made mine very detailed for thumbnails as I really wanted to see what I could come up with and stay on track.
We needed to narrow our 40 down to our top 5 thumbnails. I picked the ones I really gravitated towards the most from my initial 40 and picked the ones as shown above.
FINAL OUTCOME
As shown I’ve picked out my final three and I was really happy with how they turned out. I used acrylic markers and colouring pencils to make these pieces and used information on a Peter Pan play from the internet.
